Mirjam has been teaching yoga for over 15 years in both German and English. Her classes combine strength and openness with clarity, presence, and depth, with a strong emphasis on precise physical alignment. A key focus of her work is the connection between yoga, mental health, and yoga psychology. For Mirjam, yoga is a path to build physical strength, inner stability, and deeper awareness in relating to oneself and others. Her training includes extensive studies with Patrick Creelman, as well as certifications in pre- and postnatal yoga and feminist coaching. She has also been influenced by Rinat Perlman and Elena Brower. In addition to teaching, Mirjam works as a coach, supporting people in developing confidence, resilience, and joy, and mentors yoga teachers to grow in their teaching.
