Thanks to the latest easing measures and as of June 26, 2021, yoga can be practised without mask, distance rules and space restrictions. Hence, we are more than happy to welcoming you again in both AIRYOGA studios as of July 1, 2021!

However, the pandemic is not over yet. We are therefore still limiting the capacity in the classes by 30% in order to offer you more space, distance and safety. In return, we kindly ask you to and to follow the hygiene rules and to continue wearing a mask in the AIRYOGA studios - except while you are on your mat.

From July 1, through August 15, 2021 we will offer our Summer schedule with 63 classes per week (38 classes at Studio Oberdorfstrasse plus 25 classes at Studio Fabrikstrasse.) Read more...

Also, as of July 1, a special Welcome back Summer Pass for Fr. 330.- will be available. 

In addition you can still find pre-recorded yoga classes with AIRYOGA teachers anytime in our AIRYOGA Online video library, so that you can practise independently of time and place.

Evolve your practice, transform your teaching: AIRYOGA will start its next, Yoga Alliance registered +300-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course on January 21, 2022.

Our experienced faculty under the guidance of Stephen Thomas will lead this comprehensive training in a series of five focused modules, offered over the period of January to December, 2022 and covering approx. 225 live contact hours total. In addition there will be approx. 75 hours of online content throughout the course to support the live teaching.

The Foundations Module from October 7 to 10, 2021 is a comprehensive training for serious students and teachers interested in learning the core physical aspects of the practice of Yin Yoga.
