Intro-Pass
For all new students who like to get to know our studio we offer an AIRYOGA Intro Pass. The Intro Pass can only be purchased once. However, this does not have to be the first time you attend a yoga class with AIRYOGA.

AIRYOGA Passes are personal and not transferable.
In special cases (e.g. moving away, long illness, accidents) the pass can be transfered to another person. Such requests must be submitted in writing to zuerich@airyoga.com.

AIRYOGA Passes will not be refunded.

The running time of the series and passes is mandatory.
Paid, but never or only partly used passes expire after their effective date. There is no reimbursement for expired passes.

Time Stops
Running series of 10, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months passes can be interrupted for illness, accidents or pregnancy. Such time stops must be requested immediately in writing at zuerich@airyoga.com. A medical attest must be presented.

Pass Extensions
During vacations or for important business matters running 3 months, 6 months and 12 months passes can be extended. Such pass extensions must be requested in advance in writing at zuerich@airyoga.com. Pass extensions after the fact are not possible.

3 months passes can be extended by 1 week maximum.

6 months passes can be extended by 2 weeks maximum. Each absence must amount to at least 1 week.

12 months passes can be extended by 4 weeks maximum. Each absence must amount to at least 1 week.

Intro passes cannot be interrupted or extended. Their end date is mandatory.

Discounts
Apprentices, pupils, students, seniors and unemployed persons receive a 20% discount on the series of 10 and on the 3 months, 6 months and 12 months passes. A valid document of identification must be presented. On all other passes and services no privileges can be granted.

Private Classes and Workshops
Scheduled dates for private lessons are binding and will be fully charged unless they are cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Reservations for workshops are binding. A refund for a reserved workshop can only be issued for illness and accident and if a medical attest follows the cancellation.

Modifications of Teacher and Studio Schedule
Modifications made by AIRYOGA in the studio or teacher schedule can occur at any time. No reimbursement will be made.
